We do not allow refunds for our products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, fill out our form located on our website or fill out our google form with the reason for dissatisfaction (you can find the google form link on your review card you receive with your purchase). Once you do so, return the product to us. Once we receive the product, we will issue an exchange credit that you will be able to use on another product in our store, up to the value of the previous item.

Please allow 2-4 business days for us to package to your order and begin the mailing process. Other than holidays, and other unexpected circumstances, our typical shipping time is between 8 to 14 days after we drop the package off for shipping. Again, sometimes unexpected circumstances arise, so we will do our best to communicate and work with you if a problem with shipping arises.
